Your visit to my home for the estimate was on time and well explained. Your workers for the installation of the bay window and patio door worked very hard and did an excellent job. As you can imagine, in Japan, we are used to experiencing “good treatment” and “customer care” before and after the job is done, but, in the US, I have very seldom experienced a “very satisfied job”. I appreciate the way you strive to make sure that your product is properly installed and that the customer is happy. We are very happy with our new Renewal by Andersen windows. It is nice to wake up in the morning and have a temperature of around 70 degrees instead of 65 or less. Now it feels like a home and not camping out. You are welcome to drop by when you are in the neighborhood or show someone in the area our windows. 

We could not be happier with our new Renewal by Andersen windows and doors and with the job done by Dial One Windows. It's fun now to watch to see how many people slow down when they drive by our home and point at our windows.   It's been a long time, since I owned my own business, that I've seen such attention to detail and focus on the customer.  One immensely important factor is that your guys know how to clean up at the end of their work day.  So many don't and for the homeowner who is left literally 'in the dust', this makes a huge difference.  In fact I told Casey they did a better job than my own cleaning crew. Many things struck me from their always being prompt to their all working very quietly.  To have 6 or 8 men working simultaneously one would think there might be alot of noise and chatter.  Very little noise or chatter.  Unlike some who crank up the music full blast and are yelling across the house to co-workers. If you ever consider a name change, I'd think about First Class Windows.  Like you said, without the customer, there is no business.  Your employees are happy and I know why.  It comes from the top down. Thank you for keeping in touch and your attention to detail and thanks to your wonderful staff for their kindness and hard work.  By the way, do not hesitate to refer clients to me.
