It is such a pleasure to work with a company that puts the customer first. The truth is that there wasn't much I had to do from the start to the finish throughout this project. I am generally reluctant when it comes to construction projects, because it is difficult to find a company that can be trusted and actually do what is agreed upon at the time of the sale.

Several times a month, I would be confronted by solicitors pedaling so-called "energy efficient window replacements." When we were ready, my wife and I did a lot of research on replacement windows on the Internet. We settled on Renewal by Andersen and made an appointment with Dial One located in Laguna Hills, California. After all of our questions were addressed, we were convinced that your product was by far the most energy efficient on the market.

The sales representative was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the product and the entire process of the installation. Once we signed the contract, the Dial One team went right to work. The owner of the company (Charlie Gindele) came to our home and personally took all the measurements and went over our order line by line. By the end of the meeting, there was no question left unanswered. We were confident we had made the right decision with your product and the installation by Dial One. I am pleased to note that what we agreed upon and was written in that contract was exactly what we got. There were no surprises at any time. What was promised was what we got. Can't say that too often these days!

Several days later, 2 solicitors showed up at my door with their 3-ring binders in hand trying to sell me windows. I was pleased to tell them that I had just placed an order for Andersen windows that would be installed the following month. Neither one of them said a word; they just turned around and walked away. This was just another validation that we had made the right decision.
There never was a moment that I didn't know what and when something was going to happen throughout the installation process. The installers were absolutely the best. They were always on time and always checking with me to assure my complete satisfaction. They were absolute perfectionists. The lead installer (Casey) literally spent 3 hours fine tuning a French door we had installed so that it fit perfectly in every way. I was very impressed with his patience and his confidence that there was no challenge that he couldn't conquer.
I don't freely give perfect scores across the board when taking surveys. I can't offer any suggestions for improvement because the Dial One team was always two steps ahead of me.

Now that we have had our windows for about a month; we couldn't be more satisfied. We have already benefited from the quietness we have never had before, the striking appearance that makes our home pleasingly complete, the comfort of having a consistent temperature throughout, and the energy cost savings we will enjoy for years to come.

I wanted to tell you that since I moved to Aliso Viejo I've tried to find reliable, honest, polite and competent craftsmen to work on my house. Dial-One is the only company to meet all these requirements consistently. The painter told me my house was "crap" and the mistakes his painters had made were not worth fixing because the house wasn't worth fixing anyway. The plumber told me putting a new tub would take three days, had his helper remove the tub the next week, and then took six months to finish, couldn't remember the price he had quoted me, but when I reminded him he added on $500 because suddenly he remembered that the tile was an "upgrade." I've got more such stories, but you get the idea. Thank you so much for having and running such a great company.
