- Provides single point-of-contact
- Facilitates building permits and/or homneowner association approvals
- Schedules all work to be done
Begin Installation Process
- Installation crew will introduce themselves to you
- Discuss any concerns you may have
- Conduct a walk-around of your home
- Provide you with a customer satisfaction survey
- Begin the installation process using the highest protective measures to care for your property
Conduct Zero Defects Quality Assurance Inspection
- Project Manager will stop by your home
- Explain the operating aspects of your new products
- Demonstrate how to best use and care for them
- Conduct onsite inspection
Ensure Customer SatisfactionAbout two weeks after your installation has been completed, a DIAL ONE customer service representative will call you to inquire about your overall satisfaction with your project and to see if you have any question or additional needs.
About four weeks after your installation has been completed. you'll receive a Homeowner Satisfaction questionnaire in the mail. You can respond online or via email.
Our goal is to provide an experience that merits a "10" to every question.
