When I first ventured into this renovation project, I was a bit nervous as the scope of the project was so large. I didn’t expect to have to replace 38 vinyl windows that were less than 10 years old; the thought of replacing every window in my home was daunting indeed. However, from my initial visit to your showroom through installation, I always felt that I was in good hands.

Kara Kosinski was the consummate sales professional guiding me through several different options and scenarios for my project. She was extremely helpful in presenting the different window and pricing options and installation processes that would work best for our project. Project Coordinator Katya Castillo was very helpful in addressing my questions regarding installation, permits and scheduling.

Our installers: Casey, Blake, Victor and Israel were all very professional and they did an outstanding job installing our windows. I appreciated their timely work, and that they left my home neat each day after cleaning up the construction dirt resulting from their work. They were more than willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I had during installation. The finish work and painting were all completed in a timely fashion and met all of my expectations.

First let me tell you that the Renewal by Andersen windows are just beautiful. I do not believe we could have found a more appropriate window for our home. We are so happy and pleased with the results. Our neighbors have complemented us on the new windows.

Regarding the installation, the gentlemen who work for you were wonderful. They arrived on time and ready to work. It was a messy job but they were very neat and clean. At the end of the first day, the only ugly part was the stucco break out around our old windows. More importantly, I felt comfortable allowing them into our home to do their work. Both Pedro and Casey were very nice and took the time to answer any question Mike and I had about the windows. Both these young men worked hard and worked well together. The work went smoothly and despite all that was involved, it seemed to appear effortless with Casey and Pedro; which is testament to their expertise and work ethic. I have to say, Casey is an artist. He said no two window installs were the same and he really enjoyed the job. He proved it when he built the casing around our kitchen window. There was an awkward ledge under the window and it turned out much better than the original. All the inside window casings are beautifully done. Casey provided Mike with a demonstration on how the windows operate and left us all the documentation.

The young man who came out to do the touch up paint (sorry, I cannot remember his name) arrived on time. He was very pleasant, neat and efficient. He completed the job in short order. Everything was neat and clean and the curtains hung up when he left. No fuss, no muss.

All we can say without being redundant: We are extremely happy with the windows and the installation. We love our home and although it has been a money pit, the bones are good. She definitely deserved the face lift and the windows certainly enhance the beauty of this old house. And with the new stucco and paint, she will be the beauty on the block.

They really didn't fall short. Matt described everything they do and why it costs more than the standard Lowe's door so we expected a very high quality product and that's what we got.
We were satisfied with just about everything. They were very helpful with questions when they came out. I have to commend the painter. After installation there were scratches on the door which was more than he expected so he called the company right away. He was able to patch it up and made it look perfect. He is a skilled painted. There wasn't an kind of issue with having to send back the door or anything. He took care of the problem. We were pleased from start to finish.

I love my windows. They have already made quite a difference. In the living room, kitchen, etc., I leave the small heater on low for the kitty. And the temperature is 20 degrees higher than outside. The big room with the Pella door is closed off almost from the rest of the house (The door doesn't close securely, and the kitty can push it open a little.), but it is still 15 degrees better than the outside temp. How super is that! Hope I can someday afford to get the Pella door replaced. Then everything will be perfect!

It's fun now to watch to see how many people slow down when they drive by our home and point at our windows. It's been a long time, since I owned my own business, that I've seen such attention to detail and focus on the customer. One immensely important factor is that your guys know how to clean up at the end of their work day. I wanted to tell you that since I moved to Aliso Viejo I've tried to find reliable, honest, polite and competent craftsmen to work on my house. Dial-One is the only company to meet all these requirements consistently. The painter told me my house was "crap" and the mistakes his painters had made were not worth fixing because the house wasn't worth fixing anyway. The plumber told me putting a new tub would take three days, had his helper remove the tub the next week, and then took six months to finish, couldn't remember the price he had quoted me, but when I reminded him he added on $500 because suddenly he remembered that the tile was an "upgrade." I've got more such stories, but you get the idea. Thank you so much for having and running such a great company. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that puts the customer first. The truth is that there wasn't much I had to do from the start to the finish throughout this project. I am generally reluctant when it comes to construction projects, because it is difficult to find a company that can be trusted and actually do what is agreed upon at the time of the sale.

Several times a month, I would be confronted by solicitors pedaling so-called "energy efficient window replacements." When we were ready, my wife and I did a lot of research on replacement windows on the Internet. We settled on Renewal by Andersen and made an appointment with Dial One located in Laguna Hills, California. After all of our questions were addressed, we were convinced that your product was by far the most energy efficient on the market.

The sales representative was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the product and the entire process of the installation. Once we signed the contract, the Dial One team went right to work. The owner of the company (Charlie Gindele) came to our home and personally took all the measurements and went over our order line by line. By the end of the meeting, there was no question left unanswered. We were confident we had made the right decision with your product and the installation by Dial One. I am pleased to note that what we agreed upon and was written in that contract was exactly what we got. There were no surprises at any time. What was promised was what we got. Can”t say that too often these days!

Several days later, 2 solicitors showed up at my door with their 3-ring binders in hand trying to sell me windows. I was pleased to tell them that I had just placed an order for Andersen windows that would be installed the following month. Neither one of them said a word; they just turned around and walked away. This was just another validation that we had made the right decision.

There never was a moment that I didn't know what and when something was going to happen throughout the installation process. The installers were absolutely the best. They were always on time and always checking with me to assure my complete satisfaction. They were absolute perfectionists. The lead installer (Casey) literally spent 3 hours fine tuning a French door we had installed so that it fit perfectly in every way. I was very impressed with his patience and his confidence that there was no challenge that he couldn't conquer. I don”t freely give perfect scores across the board when taking surveys. I can”t offer any suggestions for improvement because the Dial One team was always two steps ahead of me.

Now that we have had our windows for about a month; we couldn't be more satisfied. We have already benefited from the quietness we have never had before, the striking appearance that makes our home pleasingly complete, the comfort of having a consistent temperature throughout, and the energy cost savings we will enjoy for years to come.
