Warranty Information

At DIAL ONE, we're proud of the products and installation service that we offer. They are backed by comprehensive warranty programs that cover the products against most common defects in manufacture or installation. Keep in mind that a warranty is only as good as the company that offers it. A great sounding warranty from a company that is out of business or is non-responsive is not worth the paper it is printed on. Between Andersen's over 108 years in business and Dial One's over 27 years in business, we believe in what we do, and how we do it. The result? You'll have peace of mind, and the assurance of protecting your investment for years to come.

Note: All warranties have exclusions and limitations. Some warranties are transferable while others are not. Some warranties offer pro-rated coverage while others do not. We suggest you always read a warranty in its entirety so that you have a full understanding of what is covered by it and what is not covered. In many cases, periodic cleaning, maintenance, resealing and painting may be required to keep the product performing as designed. Read the specific warranty for exact details.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN

All SERIES 1 products are covered under the terms of the 20-2-10 warranty (20 years on the glass, 2 years on the installation and 10 years on all other parts) which provides exceptional coverage and peace of mind backed by the Andersen Corporation's 100 year plus commitment to building quality window and door products.
All SERIES 2 products are covered under the terms of the 10-2-10 warranty (10 years on the glass, 2 years on the installation and 10 years on all other parts) which provides exceptional coverage and peace of mind backed by the Andersen Corporation's 100 year plus commitment to building quality window and door products.

DIAL ONE DOOR SYSTEMS

All Dial One door systems are warranted against defects in the product and manufacture. The length of the warranty varies depending on particular door type, glass and other components. Steel doors are warranted for 15 years, smooth fiberglass doors are warranted for 25 years and wood grained doors are warranted for 30 years. Insulated glass units are warranted for 10 years and our composite jambs are warranted for as long as the original owner owns the property they were installed in. INSTALLATION & WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

DIAL ONE warrants their installation and workmanship against defects for as long as you own your home. Please consult the actual warranty for more specifics.

BUYERS' PROTECTION PLAN

DIAL ONE also gives each customer an exclusive Buyers' Protection Plan. This covers accidental glass breakage and service labor to install any defective parts that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please consult the actual Buyer Protection Plan for more specifics.
